User Interface DesignWho they are: Dentaprise is a web-based end-to-end dental office management tool. It includes all aspects of a dental practice from patient records management to diagnosis to billing. What we did: This work was done as part of BlueApple Design. As the principal interaction designer/ux researcher on the project, I conducted competitive analysis, and user interviews. I then provided interaction design workflows and worked with a visual design team to translate them into high fidelity designs. |

Who they are:
Mavenlink was a web application that allows its members to connect to and get advice from experts or mavens for a fee. These interactions took place in as near real time as possible and fees are based on difficulty as well as urgency of questions. Mavens could bid on questions they are interested in answering allowing members to select the maven who they felt best matched their needs. Our goal for this project was to take the application from an idea to a fully specified design.
What we did:
This work was done on behalf of BlueApple Design. Our goal for this project was to take the application from an idea to a fully specified design. We worked with the client to come up with a conceptual workflow and then translate it into fully annotated wireframes that could be passed onto development for implementation.

VMware, Inc. is a provider of virtualization solutions from the desktop to the data center. The Company’s suite of virtualization solutions addresses a range of complex information technology (IT) problems, that include cost and operational inefficiencies, facilitating access to cloud computing capacity, business continuity, software lifecycle management, and corporate computing device management.
What we did:
Over the years I have worked on many of the VMware core offerings. The goals for various projects ranged from a redesign of an acquisition to designing end to end workflows for new solutions.
Note: most of the recent/current work is under NDA but I will be happy to talk about my role on the projects in general terms.
